How does the Online Payment Center work?The Online Payment Center resides on your Library's website. Patrons click on a link that brings them to a login screen where they enter their library card and pin. Once logged in, patrons can choose to add money to their SAM Account (if applicable), make a fine/fee donation that automatically clears from your ILS, or make a donation.
Patrons must login to add money to their account or make fine/fee payments, however anyone can make donations!
