The SAM account-based system option provides
libraries with centralized customer accounts enabling
them to pay for services such as print, copy and fee and
fines without staff involvement. This powerful system
works with existing library cards and provides real-time
financial reconciliation for single site to large multi-site
library systems.

Feature Request
The
following form is meant to provide our customers
with an easy way to request new product features
and functionality within SAM. Most of the current
features have come directly from our customers.
As a company, we invite these interactions in
order to ensure that SAM continues to address
the changing needs and challenges of each and
every customer. All requests will be reviewed
by a committee and ranked. Based upon several
types of criteria, the features that are most
commonly requested will be developed as part
of future version releases of SAM.
